My Sister - a Nameless Hero
Last night, as my sister and I were walking on our way home.We suddenly saw an accident just meters away from us.
It happened quickly. I just saw two persons on the road laying motionless.
It was a motor vehicle accident, a hit and run a case.
In seconds, I saw my sister running towards the 2 victims.
It was about 10 o'clock in the evening but people came out to see the unfortunate accident.
My sister told the mob to give space for the victims to breathe.
I was so proud of her that I told the mob it is okay my sister is an ERUF (acronym for Emergency Rescue Unit Foundation).
She quick phoned her headquarters and ask for backup.
Meanwhile, she checked for vital signs and told the victims to take deep breathe and motioned the mob to clear the scene.
Like many heroes, my sister would not want to be known but I guess she would forgive me for being a proud brother.
To all nameless heroes, my gratitude to lives saved.
